This man saw me wandering through the market with my camera around my neck, and he waved me over. We were unable to communicate due to our language barrier, but he waved me over and pointed to my camera, and it was clear he wanted me to take his photo. There's a funny thing about the people of Afghanistan: they have the warmest smiles, but they believe it is inauthentic to smile for a camera.
