Location
The model lived in a converted chapel in tow law ( Northumberland ) This was taken against the railings in her bedroom that surrounded the staircase and were made from the old pew rails from the churchTime
This was taken at around 1pm on a bright summers dayLighting
2 light setup in front and behind the model. Both fitted with gridded beauty dishesEquipment
Canon eos 6d Canon 24-105mm l series f4 Bowens esprit 400w studio lights x 2 24” beauty dish with grid in front of model 10” beauty dish with grid behind the modelInspiration
The location called for something risqué to counter against the churches looks. The fishnet bodysuit was a perfect choiceEditing
Other than converting to black and white and a slight adjustment on the curves in photoshop to darken the blacks right down not a lot else was done to the imageIn my camera bag

Setting the lighting on 3/4 power and using a small appeture to neutralise all the ambient light. Using the grids on the modifiers also helps to direct the light just onto the subject without much spill onto the surrounding area.
