i enjoyed this from a composition sense- the lines that are horizontal, the reflection divided equally onto the waves from breeze, and then the unique shape of the moon (round)-but the dark, trees in shadow just make for a quiet ,calm atmosphere. I appreciate simplicity without too much Photoshop- just a photo well taken!

Location
I took this shot along the western shore of a reservoir in northwestern Vermont.Time
I took the shot shortly before 8 PM.Lighting
I used natural lighting.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3300, a 70-300mm lens that I was testing and a tripod.Inspiration
This was one of the much-hyped "supermoons" of 2017. I wanted to try to capture it as it was rising, due the the apparent larger size.Editing
I used a masking tool in Adobe Lightroom to isolate the moon and work with the lighting a bit. This is all one shot, not multiple exposures, so some adjustment was necessary. In my camera bag
I currently carry two bodies, the Nikon D3300 used to take this shot and a later acquired D7100, along with two Sigma lenses, an 18-50mm f/2.8 and a new 18-300mm f/3.5.Feedback
The best tip I have is planning with some sort of landscape astrophotography tool. I used the Photographer's Ephemeris on my Mac mini to plan for where the moon would be rising.
