The Vista House is a memorial for Oregon pioneers. It is found in the Columbia River Gorge, just outside Portland. In the spring, the constant rain turns into rain showers. These rain showers make their way through the gorge, and when the timing is just right, right around sunset, you can get dramatic rainbows like this. This was photographed from the Portland Women's Forum.
