Location
This photo was taken at a Halloween themed event in dtla. This was before the doors opened and we were testing the projection mappingTime
This was around 4pm right after we finished setting up. The bay doors were still open in the veune letting a lot of light in as people were still setting up.Lighting
Lighting was better later on in the night as there was tons of ambient light from the sun in this picture.Equipment
This was a basic shot from a Samsung S8.Inspiration
We love documenting our work and this came out great. The content from Halloween events is always fun and comes out amazing when projection mappedEditing
No post, straight shot.In my camera bag
Usually we have our s8 cell phones, a go pro hero 4, and a sony hrx-nx5.Feedback
Vj and projection mapping takes time and patients to get great setups and shots. Also taking the time to find the right content is worth it. Making your own content is better. Always when you are doing events, make time to take footage and document your work.
