this is part of a series of shots taken between 11:30 pm and 1:00 am out in the southern california desert. I was at the Chuckwalla raceway shooting moto gp bikes and there was another guy there that had a nikon and we were ribbing each other about whose camera was best when matched setting for setting. this is the result. we both learned something and made some really great art in the mean time! We shot on tripods and in total darkness. It was really cool.
