This is not a color wheel. A rangoli (color) seller was selling colors for the occassion of Diwali festival in Maharashtra, India. Each of everyone make colorful ornamental floral designs in their houses on this auspicious fest. But the seller's house remains same all the year round. I took this snap with my Samsung E7 from 2nd floor window on the eve of the fest.
