I went for a walk and this is what I found. This young man was riding his bike down the road pulling an older stroller behind him. He found it in the alley. I, the artist, just had to have those wheels. SO! He wanted $20 for it and I laughed. He decided $10 was enough. I opened my wallet and $7 was all I had. I now own the wheels. It needs to be a garden art piece soon!
