Location
This photo was taken in a little village in The Netherlands, called Wijk aan Zee. There is a area with some great big metal statues. One of them is called 'Stairway to Heaven'. I climbed inside it to take a shot to the sky, so actualy i was inside the statue instead of taking regular shots on the outside.Time
It was around 12:00 o'clock somewhere during summer. The sky was perfectly blue and i remember it was cool inside the statue while outside it was hot.Lighting
In this shot i realy played with light and shadow. I loved the lines and the hard shadow of the bright sun.Equipment
I used my old camera that time: Nikon D5300 with a standard kitlens 18-55mmInspiration
I guess the lining and as i was familiar with the statues in the park i wanted to take the shots from a different kind of view. To stand inside a statue instead of outside makes it more interesting i guess.Editing
Actualy i only did a crop on the photo to outbalance it perfectly. The rest was bright light and strong shadows by the sun.In my camera bag
Now i have a Sony A7 IV and mostly I use my 90mm f2.8 Macro objective which i love. Also i have my GoPro Hero 9 always with me for crazy shots in the water or dirt.Feedback
