We had taken a helicopter ride to Byron Bay, and our time was very limited there. Adding to the time factor was my two broken (but healing) feet - I was moving around quite slowly. After a bit of whale watching, I turned to find I had hobbled down far enough to fit the lighthouse into the frame of my 70-300mm lens, so I took a snap. I did not make it to the 'farthest eastern point of Australia', which is further down the same track, maybe next time.
