After few cloudy nights, we finally had some luck in finding the perfect conditions for a Milky Way session at Cinque Torri (Five Towers). The path was quite easy (around 25 minutes with no rush) to get there from the parking lot... the tough part was doing more than 300km by car back and forth that day with the summer traffic in that area near Cortina D'Ampezzo. :-)

That night was simply awesome and we were really lucky to experience such a great sky after a sunset with some clouds.

Here is the last shot of the night... unfortunately I didn't realize that depth of field was so narrow to blur the rocks on the side in the foreground... but I like the shot anyway, so I have decided to publish it... I hope you don't mind. :-)
