This was taken on 24 August, 2016 at Hooker Lake below Aoraki-Mt Cook in New Zealand. An overcast day so no mountain tops visible. But the reflection was surreal creating an optical illusion. It was almost impossible to see it in the right perspective as the reflections gave the appearance of a sloping lake. But I assure you it is flat! When entered into a camera club competition the judge could not understand it at all.
