Behind The Lens

Location

I was with my family at Brighton Ski Resort near Salt Lake City Utah. There is a lake that we walk around and find lots of plant life and wildlife. There is a boardwalk for part of the way with interpretive signs. Then you get to walk through a wooded area. Or you can take a couple of hikes off the lake and hike all day. It's beautiful in the spring, summer or fall. Then in the winter, the snow covers the lake. So you ski on a couple of lifts and enjoy mountains of snow.

Time

I believe the time of day was before noon. But I am not sure.

Lighting

The lighting was all natural.

Equipment

My Nikon Camera with a regular lens.

Inspiration

I love nature. I love the mountains, lakes and streams. I love how the plant life lives on the edges of water.

Editing

My photography style is to take a picture of what you see. This is the natural environment around me. I do not use filters or enhancements of any kind. The only thing I might do, is crop or zoom the photo.

In my camera bag

Just my Nikon camera and two lenses. The regular and telephoto that came with the camera when it was purchased as a gift for me.
