I took this image wjen i visit the Kruger National Park.Time
We were driving around at 13h00 in the heat of the day. We heard from friends to go to a specific spot ... where the elephants bath. I was very excited when i came across the mother with her calfLighting
As said this was during the heat of the day..... the sun was behind me. I was inside my car...... window down to take this amazing moment.Equipment
I use a Nikon D7000. To be honest i am not sure if i used my short 18-55mm nikon lens or my 18-300mm Tameron lens. The lens rested on the windowInspiration
All depends on my mood for the day ...... that specific day i took photos in a frame. Either using n tree trunk .. but is this case ..... the babies mothers legs made a perfec frame.Editing
Look at the back of the baby elephants leg.... can you see the photo blurr a bit. I battled to take a perfec shot. There was n piece of grass next to his leg and the camera keep on hunting when n try to miss the grass. I only cropp the photo a bitIn my camera bag
