Known as Strangler this beautiful female (+-- 8 years old) was laying under the tree enjoying the view with her son Orion laying a couple meters from her (around the bend on the same hilltop).
After a short while she got annoyed stood up and no thanks to all the traffic building up crossed the road. we managed to follow her for a short while before she disappeared.

Was lucky to snap this photo whilst walking through some enclosures.

Laying there doing nothing, can only be king of the jungle.

Losing so many of these beautiful animal a year to poaching makes me appreciate every photo I take of them.

Must have been a tiring morning.

Was lucky enough to catch this one playing a bit, such beauty.
