This oak leaf represents so much ... it had fallen to the ground and its delicate veins seemed so fragile highlighted by the morning dew that taking out the background was necessary so that it could be fully appreciated. The ancient Celtic Druids worshiped the Oak in every season. It represented strength, courage and wisdom due to its height and girth when fully grown. They held their rituals in Oak groves as they saw it as a doorway to Knowledge and Wisdom.
