Loved the composition, that's a great shot... next one try to hold the focus on one point of the floor, then prepare your composition (holding your previous focus) and wait until pidgeons pass there... you can shoot in burst mode to get better chances of a fully focused photo :)) Keep doing it, practice and creativity is the most important thing!!!
