Windows on abandoned cabins at Moffat Tunnel. This railroad tunnel cuts through the continental divide and opened in 1928. The cabins were probably built to house workers. People have come and gone throughout the years and left furniture and belongings to rot amongst the debris of falling roofs and neglect. The wind blew very strong that day and the curtains in the windows would first blow in, and then get sucked back out to billow and flap. It was a forlorn and empty feeling watching the curtains, which came to life with the wind, only to be dead and lonely again once the wind stopped.
