I went in Cirkewwa, Malta, knowing that it would be a good place to take pictures of the sunset. The sky was not very intriguing (no surprise as in Malta it's always sunny and clear in Summer) but I found that in the shore, over the rocks, there was an elderly couple waiting for the sunset.
They were likely Maltese and perhaps this was their habit (who knows ?). They had taken a couple of foldable chairs and sit down there, without exchanging a word, until the sun eventually disappeared. Then, still without talking, they stood up and went away.
The whole scene looked so peaceful and somehow so "true" (more, I mean, than some couples just hugging in front of the sunset for the benefit of the picture) that I couldn't help taking a photo.
