Walking around the beautiful city of Vancouver, B.C. on a hot sunny day sure makes you crave ice-cream. Earnest Ice Cream in False Creek is voted the best ice-cream in the city and as their slogan says "seriously good". When we first arrived there was a lineup out the door and it was definitely worth it. This artisanal parlour does the classics well and has creative flavours such as black-berry coriander, cherry chip, lavender, and even blueberry sweet corn which surprisingly, worked and was delicious. With this beautiful car parked out front I couldn't help myself but snap a picture.
