This started life as a trial in getting those long light streaks of passing cars. As I was editing, adjusting brightness and contrast, I came across an effect that, after playing with it for a bit, gave me the starburst-looking thing in the corner. I thought it looked pretty cool, kind of science fiction-y, so I named it "Starburst Highway."
