"There was just something about Baby Jim's, something about the good food sure, but also just the place, and Baby Jim himself of course. Magical wasn't the word, no, it wasn't that innocent. He seemed a simple guy, very simple actually, but he knew things that he shouldn't. Things you wouldn't want others to know. You were just compelled to go to the snack bar; the more you ate the less likely Baby Jim was to tell your secrets.
