I love the colors in the eastern side of the sky at sunset.

Note how little noise there is in this image. To minimize noise, I 'exposed to the right' - that is, right on the edge of blowing the highlights. The out-of-camera image was clearly overexposed, but without any blown highlights. In postproduction, I applied a negative exposure adjustment to the whole image to get the desired (dark) tones. I also increased the saturation - but just a touch.
