Behind The Lens

Location

In old town Pocatello, Idaho there are these little alleyways with gorgeous fire exits and shaded all day that's perfect to play with leading lines and so much more!

Time

This was taken years ago when I was still learning but if I remember correctly it was around 2-3pm.

Lighting

It was taken with 100% natural light in a shaded area.

Equipment

This was taken with the canon xti with the 50mm 1.8 lens

Inspiration

I was still learning and figuring out my style so I just wanted to have fun with a friend and play with my new camera.

Editing

I don't remember what I did post processing. I only remember going into photoshop and playing with the slides to get the film look.

In my camera bag

it has been about 8 years since I have taken this photo. My bag currently now has a canon 6D, the 50mm 1.8, 85mm 1.8, 24-70 2.8, and my favorite 70-200 2.8 lens with a small flash.

Feedback

Don't be afraid to go out and try new things. A simple action such as sitting on the stairs looking up at you can go a long way.
