This was my first attempt at making pasta from scratch. I don't have a rack from which to hang the pasta, so I made a make shift rack from a cookie-cooling rack and a bowl. When I saw all the pasta hanging there I was compelled to capture the moment-the curls and depth of the hanging pasta.
