Took a wee walk the other up Salisbury Crags which is the remnants of an ancient volcano in the centre of the Scottish city of Edinburgh. I stumbled across this man earlier on in this exact spot but walked on. A while later walking back up to the top of the crags I saw him again in exactly the same spot. This really summed up landscape photography for me; sitting out with your subject in your sites just waiting for the light to turn and lift the composure. On my second walk past I snapped this in hope to ID the man however after reaching almost 10,000 people on facebook and then it shared by an even bigger photography group in Edinburgh the mystery man remains silent. One day I hope he sees this.
