Early autumn on Mt Lemmon above Tucson AZ surprised me with flowers, butterfiles and bees on this wonderful hike. Towards the end of the hike, we discovered a wonderful high country meadow. These yellow blooms against the worn wood of a downed tree just spoke to me of the peacefulness in this meadow that I must return to.
