This photo was taken on Carova Beach at the Outer Banks, North Carolina.Time
My brother, sister and I were all on vacation with our families and decided to wake up early one morning to see the sunrise on the beach with our children. We walked from the house we were staying in to the beach and all the cousins were standing by the surf. It just seemed the perfect time for a photo. The sunrise was just beautiful that morning and we were just at the right place at the right time.Equipment
This shot was with my Canon EOS Rebel T6 with an 18 - 55mm lens.Inspiration
I wanted to take some sunrise photos while on vacation. I had been told we could see beautiful sunrises from the beach at the house we were staying at. Luckily all the cousins wanted to wake up early and come along to see the sunrise. We were also hoping to see some wild horses on the beach that morning, which we did. All the kids were lined up by the ocean as the sun was rising and I quickly asked them to just join hands for a few quick photos.Editing

We had heard that we could see beautiful sunrises from our beach house and the beach. We didn't want to miss out on anything so we found out the time of the sunrises and the weather reports and chose a day to wake up extra early to take it all in. I am so glad we did! The kids were all willing to come too, which was a bonus since getting 5 kids to wake up extra early on vacation is no easy task.
