In the Algarve (Portugal) there's a beach called "BArril" which was home for the fishermen wh went tuna fishing. The giant anchors that were used to keep the maze of nets on the ocean's floor (called Almadrava) still rest on the sand dunes, as a reminder of those gone days. This photo was made at about 1am with the help of a full moon to iluminate the landscape
