My wife and I took our 2 kids on a 32 day canoe expedition down the Yukon river this past summer from Skagway, Alaska to Dawson City, Yukon. Our 4 year old daughter and 2 1-2 year old son were amazing throughout the experience. This photograph is from a lunch stop on Tagish lake in the southern lakes section of the Yukon wilderness. The water levels were especially low this year with the warmest winter on record this past winter. We found this amazing old dock and decided to have our lunch stop here on this most beautiful calm day.
