Reached this location well in time to find loads of crowd as always. Scouted a nice point right on the edge to include the whole of the river and the setting sun. Had to wait for almost an hour for the sun to reach the horizon. It was fun in the meanwhile talking to other photographers, seeing other tourists trying to figure out angles to include the bend in their selfies, friends daring each other to get a shot with legs hanging on the edge.
