I was inspired by wave photographers, but the first time I went to shoot waves, Lake Erie was smooth as glass. So I improvised and started throwing rocks while timing the shot. This was not the first time I tried this technique, but it is my favorite one. It took 500 attempts to get this shot. There is post-processing for color, but the only photoshop is to remove dust spots.
