Location
I shot this out at the beautiful Govetts Leap in The Blue Mountains of New South Wales, AustraliaTime
I shot this just before a late lunch, so around about the 1pm markLighting
The lighting for this I feel was absolutely perfect, as it actually showed the 'blue haze' that the Blue Mountains are named afterEquipment
I shot this, on a completely stock Olympus OMD E-M10. Kit lens, no filters, nothing fancy. It just goes to show that you don't need fancy top end gear to get great photos!Inspiration
This was a day trip out to the Blue Mountains, and I wanted to see this view as it's one of the most known, and stunning views in NSW.Editing
I did a touch of exposure, highlight and shadow changes, but that was really it.In my camera bag
Normally I'll have a couple primes in my bag, my go to lens now is my 25mm 1.4, it's the 'standard' view on my micro 4/3 sensor.Feedback
I think it's just about finding a great composition. The photo was shot on an entry level camera and lens, with about 2 minutes spent editing. All you need to do is look, and you'll find your images!
