For all its beautiful countryside, mesmerizing coastline and historical landmarks and architecture, what makes (and has made) Britain great is its people. People who are proud of their traditions, their history, their political and education system, their symbols and, at the same time, are happy to assimilate and welcome new cultures and ideas. This photo was taken with my Nikon D40 camera during the celebration of the 450th anniversary of a famous school in the Essex countryside.
