It was evening, in the height of summer and the sun was going down. My granddad owns a place across the way, on the beach front and we could all see this from the window. So I'm like, "right, picture time", grab my kit and run onto the beach with my brother.

This photo has a lot of sentimental value but also national significance (England) because the steel works on the far left has recently closed after 99 years of service, originally opening in 1917, due to my governments austerity regime. 1700 people lost their jobs leaving a struggling Redcar on it's back. This is why I chose the name, 'Sunsets on Redcar.'
