The sun was coming over the hill that the windmills were located. The grasses were very dry and brown, so I decided to switch the photo to sepia. Did you notice the bird sitting on top of the windmill second from the right?Equipment
No tripod, took it from the window of a moving car, my sister-in law was driving. Camera was a Nikon D7100. Lens 55-300 mm.Inspiration
My sister-in-law and niece where in the front seat, when we went past I just thought, Wow, this will make a great photo!Editing
Yes, changed the photo to sepia. I love black & white and sepia! In my camera bag
I carry a Nikon D7100 and a Nikon D5100. I now own a 150-600 mm lens, which I love, and wish I would have had for this trip.Feedback
When I was in California, it was very, very hot. Most of the grasses were dry. Being in a moving car, take a lot of photos. I was very pleased when I got back to Pennsylvania, that the photo came out great! I saw the shot and took it! I would like to take a moment to thank you and all of you at Viewbug for the opportunity for this to be posted in your blog!
