Jamie, I like the pose. The front (camera facing) leg is nicely bent at the knee, the hand on the hip creates a gap between her body and arm, accentuating a small waistline, and your model's head is nicely tilted. A couple of things that would make this photo pop: 1) You'll need to get improved focus, especially on her face. 2) I would probably shoot this pose from a little higher perspective. In other words, point the camera lens at her shoulder level, but your focus point should be on her face, preferably on the closest eye to you camera. Finally, consider a different background. If you did the same pose outside, with a clump of similar colored trees as a background, I think that small change could make a big difference. Try to do it in open shade area for starters, because you don't want harsh sunlight to wash out the image.
