Location
I took it at the Military Air Base in Trenton Ontario Canada. I was experimenting with my new lens, and was thrilled to be able to capture such clear shots.Time
It was late afternoon. It was so hot out, you could see the heat waves rising off the runway.Lighting
The sun was being filtered by a large cloud and it made for a wonderfully even lighting.Equipment
I used my Nikon D3300 and a 55-200 Nikon lens. The planes were flying far to fast to use a tripod.Inspiration
I was simply trying to capture the incredible skills of these pilots and their amazing aircraft flying in perfect formation.Editing
I only raised the saturation and sharpened it a little, the white balance and everything else was already perfect.In my camera bag

Just get out for the day and take a ton of pictures! I took over 2000 pictures at this one event, with that many you are sure to capture a gem or two.
