I took this photo at Cooee Bay Beach In Queensland Australia. I am a self taught photographer and love taking nature shots. Every day is an opportunity to explore the beauty of nature and capture it in the form of a memorable photo. This is a great learning curve for me.Being a novice photographer has given me a challenge to improve and explore the my inner capabilities of capturing just another beautiful shot.Time
This photo was one that I had been waiting to take for a great opportunity to add to my sons wedding album. I eagerly woke up up early to be able to take this photo as the sun rose at 5 am on June 17th of 2011 the day before the wedding over Great Keppel Island an made its presence with a splendid outcome to a beautiful day to be remembered. This was the same beach where the wedding took place. .Lighting
I wanted to use the beauty of the sun's reflection over the ocean and onto the beach. As the waves washed onto the beach i got ready for the shot and as the waters retracted I Captured the image using the the sun's reflections on the waters to light up this image with a warm sense of brilliance and beauty to add to a wonderful collection of a beautiful memories of the bridal parties greatest day. I went down on all fours and got as close to the waters on the beach be able to capture this moment.Equipment
This image was taken with Canon 5D with a 18 to 55mm f3 lens.No filters or other equipment was used.Inspiration
With my sons wedding approaching real fast I wanted to take this photo and a coupe more on this particular morning adding to the wedding album with this thought in mind.As the sun rose and made its pressense and a start to a brand new sunny day. This photo would emphasise the beginnings of a relationship that blossomed to the opportunity for the bridal couple to start a brand new journey into the life of marriage and a warm relationship with many memorable moments along their new life as a united and happy couple.Editing
