Location
This photo is taken in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada in a park. The natural beauty here seems to never end. It leaves your camera begging to take picture after picture.Time
This was taken around mid afternoon in June. The light is always extremely sharp and clear here, in Newfoundland as it is a very minimally populated island dangling into the Atlantic.Lighting
The sun is very sharp here and with little to no pollution your are able to capture very clear images that compliment the maritime landscape. This light always seems to translate hope, openess and possibility.Equipment
I actually have no camera at this time as I am unable to afford one. All of my images are captured on my phone or a camera I borrow from a friend. This is another reason I like to shoot at this time of day. Cameras on phones are not very good in dissipating light.Inspiration
As I meantioned the openness of the landscapes in Newfoundland leaves you in awe and inspires the photographer in anyone. The subject is a child which I found complemented the lighting that I described as inspiring hope, openess and possibility. All are qualities that find no boundaries within a child.Editing
No I did not do any post processing. I am without the tools to do so at this time but I would limit this if I did have the ability to facilitate photo editors of a high quality. There is a genre for post processing but most photography now seems to very rarely capture what is happening in our fleeting existence as it is, which I think is important. I understand that is how some photographers work but I prefer when photography reminds us of our fragility and the fact that everything in this world will expire at some time. Over refind images leave us Ina dream world that makes us chase after things that never were or will be. Sometimes I do use pixlr photo editing app but just a filter here and there, very minimal stuff. In my camera bag

Simplicity and appreciation. I try and capture what I see is a moment I have been blessed to be apart of or observe as every breath is something given not gained.
