Tampa,Florida, along the edge of the bay.Time
It was around 10 am.Lighting
Natural sunlight through a canopy of trees was the light source.Equipment
The camera was a canon T1i, the lens was a a canon IS 75x300 mm. Focal length was 300.0mm. F/5.6 and ISO was 500. Speed was 1/320s. This was a hand held capture.Inspiration
Just the beauty of the bird and the rare occasion to be this close to one of them.Editing
Just a small amount of cropping. I also adjusted the contrast a little.In my camera bag
I have my Canon T 1 I, several lens that include a IS 18 x 55, IS 75x300, 100 mm Macro and a few others. I also have an assortment of filters.Feedback
All I can say is get out there, be patient and take as many shots as you can. You never know when the picture you take will be that special one.
