This is a beautiful little owl that they have at the Pacific Northwest Raptors Centre. They hand rear these raptors and give flying demonstrations to people in hopes of us learning more about them and the essential service they provide the world. They re also used at airports and landfills to "encourage" other birds to leave the area as its not safe for them.Time
