Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at my place. I couldn't help but take a picture.

Time

It was a cloudy morning when I saw the mushrooms under the tree. My daughter was standing there watching me gets close and hold my phone just so, so I could get a decent shot. I probably took a dozen shots or so and the ones posted were the best of them.

Lighting

I was actually worried that with it being cloudy that it wouldn't turn out so well but I guess I was wrong.

Equipment

I used my LG G2 phone to get these shots.

Inspiration

I have a love for out doors and random pictures. When I saw these I just had to take the shot. We don't get a lot of mushrooms in our grass very often if at all so I couldn't pas up the moment.

Editing

I did some photo shopping to get some items out of the shot so it could focus mostly on the mushrooms.

In my camera bag

My phone mostly unless I know I'll be going to other places for pictures then I take my sony cyber-shot camera.

Feedback

Always be looking for something to capture. Even if it just barely keeps your interest it could make someone smile. Look at things as if your a curious child, if it looks only so-so one way shift positions. That could be all it takes to make the picture perfect in your eyes.
