It was taken at around 13:00 having a good amount of sunlight from above the duck.Lighting
From what I could see using a speed light wasn't that easy, so I took advantage having the duck still in the water and also a good amount of sunlight from above the subject, used the water as a reflector to light up the sides. I was set at 200iso.Equipment
I have a Canon 650D and lens used was Sigma 70 - 300mm @ 168mm, aperture 7.1 and a speed of 1/125s. Manual mode.Inspiration

I don't use a lot of post-processing, but I boosted up the contrast and also the clarity. Besides I like to vignette to get the subject more eye catching.In my camera bag
