Location

I took this when I was out for my morning walk. A neighbor has a stellar garden and the light on this marigold caught my eye.

Time

This was a “golden hour photo” taken within an hour after sunrise. I didn’t need to do anything special. The sum was already making the shot beautiful.

Lighting

Golden hour was all the lighting I needed.

Equipment

I shot this on my iPhone 7 Plus.

Inspiration

I love flowers and love taking photos of them. The dark leave in the background made a great contrast with the deep yellow marigold.

Editing

A little added contrast, that’s all.
