After a long days work at my volunteer placement in Cambodia, I went back to my host home and prepared for sleep. Usually every night the skies were covered in grey thunder clouds due to the monsoon season. I was in bed half asleep when I decided to have a last look on Facebook. New message: "have you seen the stars!". I jumped up and looked out the window to see this draw dropping gift of a sight. I grabbed my camera and headed outdoors. I had to be very quiet as my host family were in bed. I sneaked out and got stung by the bees from nest living on the side the the house. I pushed through the pain and evan though I could barely see in front of me I managed to GTS! Just imagine being there. That rare feeling of awe! Eyes light up by the stars! Mind full of wonder!
