It was a normal day in my local park for lightingEquipment
This was shot with my hand held Canon700D at 1/1000 sec f8 ISO200Inspiration
I had been viewing the pen and her cygnets for a little while and saw them lining up perfectly but in landscape at the side of the waterway....I knew I had to capture it in PORTRAIT for perfect effect so had to run around to the middle of a bridge about 10 metres away & knew I had only one chance at getting the shot before either they broke formation or went under the bridge - fortunately I got it.Editing
Only slight enhancement with Microsoft Photos to give slightly more definition to the water flow and bubblesIn my camera bag
Just my Canon700D with 18-135 lens as am just starting out this year for the first time ever with a DSLRFeedback
Just try & see and anticipate the opportunity for a good shot in advance - I saw this situation developing and made sure I gave myself the chance to be in the right time and place to capture it
