In a local zoo in Davao, Philipines. This eagle was sitting on a cutted tree and he could not fly away. He was attached to that tree. There low fence arround to not be able to come to near the bird.Time
It's already many years ago, but I think it was in the afternoon.Lighting
I always make my picture "automatic". To have that blurry background, I used my 60 X zoom. I did not used a tripod.Equipment

All you need is a stable hand and a good zoom in your camera.. If no more stable hand, then use the tripod.
