The way you have framed this and then having the human element and ligting the imediate scene makes the viewer feel like he is there. this makes it a very initmate shot and that speaks volumes for the quality of the composition. kudos to you.

A close friend of mine and myself decided to head down the washington state for the evening to explore around Mount Baker and test our luck with the Milky Way. This area is very well known for its brilliant stars and mountainous views so we believed it was the perfect place to go. As we drove up the road I peaked my head out the car window and could clearly see the milky way above unlike ever before. Needless to say we were excited for whats to come. Upon walking up the trail it began to cloud over and extremely thick fog engulfed us. We assumed the worst but hoped that this would not be the summary of our night. We hunkered down and waited out the clouds; nearly 45 minutes later they slowly began to clear. We jumped around and danced with excitement as we explored the mountain side for new compositions. While taking a brief glance up from our feet trying to navigate the shale beneath our feet we say peering through the trees, above Mount Baker, the milky way. Vibrant, beautiful, and perfectly framed within the trees. I think you can figure out the rest.
