Mommy Be Right Back

This is Winslet, a female yellow lab and a Puppy In Training for Guide Dogs for the Blind. A week before this picture was taken, she met her handler or "mommy". Within the first days of their journeys with their parental handlers, guide dog puppies in training form intense bonds with their handlers and, inevitably, their new families, often learning to remember their handler's mom as "Memaw" or their handler's dad as "Pawpaw." Winslet loves all, and is wholeheartedly loved by all that have the blessing of meet her.
